Possessing a Bitter Spirit

Indeed, the dead has RISEN!!!!!

GOOD MORNING!!!

How you be? I have intended to post; however, I have been busy. Today's post is dear to my heart. Two weeks ago, Mom watched a televangelist; he spoke about the need to release one's bitter spirit. The illustration that he used was the following: A woman had been dumped. She began to stalk her boyfriend. While being a "Peeping Thomasina," she was bitten by a rabies-infected raccoon. Her physician was a ble to treat her; howeer, while in his office, she began to furiously record information onto a notepad. When the doctor asked her was she was composing, she said, "A list of all of the people that I will bite prior to being cured."

Does this story hit home?

Today - - - attending a cycling class is #1 on my list. It's time to get this body back in tip-top SHAPE!!

Love.

REMEMBER ME?

The creator of this blog? I know that I have been "slackin'" at updating my blog; however, with the mess that I have to endure on a daily basis, it is a blessing that I shower/dress/leave the house on time for work.

Whew!

Monday Musings:

* I finished The Murderer's Daughters; it was good, but the ending was disappointing
* Are you or God in charge of your destiny?
* You can't tell me that Elin didn't know her man was cheating; I agree with Jim Carrey's comments on Tweeter. Blondie, you ain't THAT damn stupid. I could see being oblivious if it was ONE woman, but TWENTY? On or off the road, I would think that there would be signs.
* Garcelle Beauvais-Nilon - - - now, THIS is who I feel for. The woman had no clue that her husband of 9 years was having an affair for the past FIVE years with a woman in Chicago.
* What are you reading?
* Are you happy with Obama for your Mama? This has been a hot topic with my friends.
* Sarah Palin - SET DOWN. $1 mil/per episode for a reality show on HER life? Seriously.
* What have you cooked lately? I made a "test" pan of brownies, and I still have the touch.
* Dixie Carter - - - a true, Southern belle has gone to see Jesus. You'll be missed, Julia Sugarbaker.
* I saw "Remember Me." Wait until it hits HBO.

Peace.

What's been going ON?

Good morning!

I apologize for the delay. I've been extremely tired in the evenings. Teaching is no joke; I love my profession, but there are days in which it sucks me dry.

How was your St. Patrick's Day? Didn't we just celebrate Christmas and the New Year? I thought of this as I took out my Easter decorations. I have attached pics of my St. Patty's Day card; a photo from work; and, a photo of a colleague and I enjoying the holiday.

WOW.

Current events:

Healthcare bill - - -YES! Obama, it's now time to tackle education.
Sarah Palin - - - please crawl into a hole. Why would someone pay her a million dollars PER EPISODE to simply hear, "You betcha!"
Walmart racial incident - - - we live in sad times
Sandra Bullock - - - I feel for her.
Group that I am working w/at church - - - WONDERFUL. I don't know why God is using me right now, but the results are rather strong.

What are your weekend plans? I am off on Monday; it's our last official day off for the school year. There are some things that I need to do around the house. And of course, I will find something to do. The weather is simply too nice to stay @ home.

Happy Thursday!

ONE YEAR ALREADY?!

Exactly one year ago today, I was moving into my first home. Oh, how I cannot believe that 365 days have gone by already. WOW. Indeed, I am ever so thankful to God for this BLESSING.

I have attached some photos from yesterday's sidewalk event.

FOLLOW ME?

Good morning!

It's been quite some time since my last post. YIKES! I've been extraordinarily busy. As of yesterday @ 11:25am, I am officially on SPRING BREAK!!!!!!!! I hope that I can get my sanity back over the next week.

Starting tomorrow, I will be assisting a church develop their Singles Ministry. Mom has been urging me to start one for quite some time. I woke up this morning to find an email in which the author shared her excitement! WOW! The church member was ecstatic that the initiative had been put forth to develop one.

Follow ME? I haven't viewed myself as the "follow me" type within a church setting. Since I teach five days a week, I tend to want to sit back in church and allow someone to teach me. God, I ask that you order my steps.

Today's agenda - - - Sidewalk Art show. Hopefully, it doesn't rain! Secondly, I plan on curling up with my Kindle. Last night, I finished Roses. It was a GREAT READ! There were some parts that went on too long; however, it was a great "escape."
